Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our Order Cancellation Policy is designed to be clear and fair, ensuring you know how and when you can cancel an order with Wellvia (Zhengzhou Leyang Trading Co., Ltd.). Please review the details below:
Cancellation Period
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Orders beyond 12 hours or already in processing/shipment cannot be canceled through this policy (see Shipped Orders below).
How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible using one of the following methods and provide your order details:

When contacting us, include your order number and a brief reason for cancellation. This information helps us locate your order quickly and improve our service.
Cancellation Confirmation
After you submit a cancellation request, our team will verify the status of your order:
- If your order has NOT been processed or shipped yet: We will confirm the cancellation and initiate a refund promptly. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is completed.
- If your order HAS already been processed or shipped: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel it at that stage. (See the Shipped Orders section below for how to handle orders already on their way.)
Refunds
For canceled orders that meet the criteria above, refunds will be handled as follows:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3 business days of confirming your cancellation. We will credit the refund back to your original payment method (e.g., the same credit card or account used for purchase).
- Partial Order Cancellations: If you canceled only part of your order (certain items), we will refund the cost of those canceled items, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees related to them. The rest of your order will remain unaffected.
- Shipped Orders: If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may still return the items to us after you receive them, in accordance with our Return Policy. Once we receive your returned items, we will process a refund for those items per the Return Policy terms.
Additional Notes
- No Cancellation after Shipping: Once an order is on its way to you, we consider it final. Please use our Return Policy if you do not want the delivered items.
